What are the office hours?
Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
What are the access hours?
Access your unit Monday through Sunday from 6 AM to 11 PM.
What type of units do you offer?
We offer ground floor interior heated & climate-controlled storage units as well as large warehousing drive-up units and vehicle parking.
What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour video surveillance, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing.
What does climate-controlled mean?
Climate controlled storage units, also called temperature controlled, are heated and cooled. These units are designed to maintain a set temperature range. Your delicate valuables are safe from extreme temperature changes that can cause damage.
Do you offer moving help?
We do not have moving staff or a moving truck on-site, but we can point you in the right direction! We are an excellent resource for local movers, truck rental and U-haul.
Do I need to have property insurance?
We do require insurance, but please check your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy to determine if you have coverage for your self-storage unit. We also offer tenant insurance as an alternative to protect your valuable property.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
