Are there any other storage fees or costs?
We have no additional storage fees or administrative costs.

How long do I have to sign up for?
No long-term lease or commitment is required as our rental agreements are month to month. There is a one month minimum only.

Do you provide a lock for my storage unit? Do you keep a key to my storage unit?
You can purchase a new, high quality sealed lock at Trosper Self Storage. No one else has a key to that lock – just you. We only sell stainless steel high security disc locks. We even have some with a keyhole cover to keep out moisture and a bending key for tight situations. If you prefer to use your own lock, you’re welcome to do so.

When can I get to my self storage unit? When are office hours?
Entry is available 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our office is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The office is closed on Sundays.

How can I make a payment? What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer Auto Pay for your convenience using your credit or debit card. Payments can also be processed by phone, by mail or in person. We accept major credit/debit cards, checks and money orders.

Do I need to have property insurance?
We do require insurance, but please check your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy to determine if you have coverage for your self storage unit. We also offer tenant insurance as an alternative to protect your valuable property.
